Responsibilities
- Manage desk assignments and handle related analytics
- Operate the AMG system for activating and deactivating access cards
- Monitor and maintain the EZStation camera system
- Process and close support tasks related to access card issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communication using Teams and Outlook
- Handle incoming company phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, including letters and parcels
- Execute management directives efficiently
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with handling administrative tasks within a technical environment
- Competency in using Microsoft Teams and Outlook for efficient communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English, at least B1+ level
