We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our remote team.
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for both declarative (configuration) as well as development on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Salesforce Industries Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems. This role involves configuring Salesforce, troubleshooting issues, implementing new features. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Salesforce functionalities, including CPQ and CLM processes, and possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.

Responsibilities
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions
- Implement and maintain workflows, validation rules, and automation processes (e.g., Process Builder, Flow)
- Monitor system performance and perform regular data backups
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Administer and optimize CLM processes within Salesforce, including contract creation, approval, and renewal workflows
- Oversee the integration of CLM systems with Salesforce to streamline contract management and ensure accurate tracking
- Develop and maintain contract templates and manage contract repositories
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and performance metrics
- System Enhancement and Integration
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and features, and recommend enhancements or new functionalities
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with DocuSign for electronic signatures and document management
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Create and manage Flow solutions for complex process automation, including record updates, approvals, and integrations with other Salesforce features
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Flows to ensure they function as intended and deliver expected outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Flow solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing rules, and quote management
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and processes
- Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and support
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration
- Strong OmniScript knowledge
- Mid-level Apex/VF Page/LWC knowledge
- Strong Flow builder knowledge
- Knowledge on Industries CLM, CPQ, and DocuSign configuration
- Basic Admin skills: Create object, Fields, Validation rule, Page layout
- B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
- Certifications or experience with CLM systems and DocuSign are advantageous
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is highly desirable
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or other relevant Salesforce certifications
