We are looking for a talented Server Administration Engineer to join our team. As a Server Administration Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our server infrastructure, ensuring its reliability and performance. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the optimization of our server systems.

Responsibilities
- Design secure web hosting platforms
- Develop new platform features
- Coordinate migrations
- Automate platform operations
- Work closely with product management, providing technical insights for project guidance
- Help the team lead with advice on the architecture and technical direction of a software project
- Provide accurate estimations and collaborate on project kick-start assumptions
- Adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security requirements
- Advocate for continuous improvement in development processes and technologies
- Collaborate on cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges and find innovative solutions
Requirements

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in effectively communicating security issues and solutions related to code to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.)
