Senior Web Analyst (Google-oriented) Description

This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.

Responsibilities
- Develop a measurement strategy and collaborate with the product ownership team to define KPIs for product success
- Implement user behavior tracking, utilizing creative approaches for effective data capturing
- Collect business requirements for tracking and provide them to the development team
- Design complex end-to-end analytics pipelines encompassing web analytics, advertising and CRM systems
- Make data-based recommendations on how to improve clients’ online strategy
- Conduct in-depth research on various aspects of customers' online strategies
- Set up and execute A/B and MVT tests: hypothesis generation, sample volume estimation, experiment planning, reporting
- Build insightful automated dashboards
Requirements
- 3+ years of Web Analytics experience
- Experience in a variety of Google web analytics tools (audit, setup, reporting, working with API): Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google BigQuery
- Skills in implementing tags using tag management systems (including writing custom tags on JavaScript & jQuery)
- Expertise in creating and explaining dashboard reports, using data visualization tools
- Knowledge of Web Analytics project documentation development and maintenance
- Proficiency in A/B testing
- Background in EDW, like BigQuery/Amazon Redshift/Snowflake
- Communication skills, ability to explain analytical things for non-technical stakeholders
- English level: B2 and above
Nice to have
- Competency in SQL, R, Python
- Knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience in online marketing or product analytics
- Skills in statistics and analytics with an ability to spot trends in data
- Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
