We are actively seeking a seasoned Lead JavaScript Developer proficient in Node.js to become an integral part of our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Adobe Launch and exhibit a comprehensive knowledge of web development principles. This role demands a highly competent individual capable of developing, maintaining, and enhancing JavaScript applications while ensuring efficient integration with various APIs and services.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain JavaScript applications utilizing Node.js
- Construct rules triggered by events with customized conditions and actions using JavaScript code
- Implement the AEP WebSDK extension in rules for transmitting data events to Adobe Analytics via eVars and props
- Oversee the publishing process including managing libraries and various environments
- Apply the Adobe Launch Debugger browser extension for testing and debugging across different environments
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to devise and introduce new features
- Enhance application performance to achieve optimal speed and scalability
- Craft clean, maintainable, and effective code
- Offer technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced developers
- Keep abreast of current trends and technologies in web development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience in JavaScript development with a strong focus on Node.js
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Comprehensive understanding of Adobe Launch and its capabilities
- Knowledge of the AEP WebSDK extension and Adobe Analytics integration
- Experience in managing publishing processes and multiple environments
- Proficiency with the Adobe Launch Debugger browser extension
- Solid grasp of web development fundamentals and best practices
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
- Experienced with version control systems such as Git
- Knowledge of online privacy regulations like GDPR
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- Prior experience with OneTrust or another privacy management platform
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and the impact of browser scripts on page performance
