We are searching for a skilled Lead Data Engineer to enhance our energetic team.
In the role of Lead Data Engineer, you will take charge of creating, building, and sustaining data integration solutions for our clientele. Your leadership will guide a team of engineers towards achieving high-quality, scalable, and efficient data integration solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and sustain data integration solutions for clients
- Guide a team of engineers to guarantee high-quality, scalable, and efficient data integration solutions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to grasp business needs and devise appropriate data integration solutions
- Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of data integration solutions
- Create and update documentation, such as technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and data mappings
- Continuously update knowledge and skills related to the latest data integration methods and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8-13 years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or a related field
- Proficiency in cloud-native or Spark-based ETL tools like AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, or GCP Dataflow
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Background in Snowflake for cloud data warehousing
- Familiarity with at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience in leading a team of engineers on data integration projects
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level
