Senior SAP S/4HANA Business Systems Analyst Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Business Systems Analyst to expand our E-invoice integrations offering in the LATAM region.
As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Business Systems Analyst, you will provide vital expertise on tax determination, reporting, and compliance, particularly for e-invoicing in the LATAM market. Your role will involve detailed analysis and integration design within SAP S/4HANA modules, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and support of our E-invoice solutions.

Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise on tax determination, reporting, and compliance for the LATAM market
- Perform detailed analysis, feasibility, and integration design of business processes within SAP S/4HANA modules including Logistics, Sales and Distribution, and Financial Accounting
- Assist in project management, implementation planning, and testing approaches
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of tax data flow and technical architecture integrations between ERP and compliance systems
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including Functional Consultants, Developers, Sales, and Customer Support
- Prepare detailed Functional Specification documentation, use cases, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the product development process by collaborating with Development, Quality Assurance, and Documentation teams
- Assist with end-user documentation, process flows, and specifications to guide customers and support teams
- Facilitate product rollouts and implementations as a domain expert and primary business interface
- Follow product deployment to ensure customer success and provide integration expertise
- Provide second level support and training to Customer Support and Professional Services teams
- Contribute business expertise during sales calls as necessary
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in LATAM Operations
- Experience with Brazil Nota Fiscal, SPED, and E-Invoicing
- Proficiency in SAP Financial Accounting, SAP S/4HANA Finance for group reporting, and SAP SD Technical
- Understanding of SAP MM: Logistics (General) and its integration with other modules
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with management and external stakeholders
- Strong customer-facing experience and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and be highly self-motivated
- Capability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and cooperative attitude
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is an asset

- Familiarity with tax compliance regulations in LATAM
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Understanding of data analytics tools and techniques
