Lead SAP S/4HANA Business Systems Analyst Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP S/4HANA Business Systems Analyst to enhance our E-invoice integrations offering across the LATAM region.
As a Lead SAP S/4HANA Business Systems Analyst, you will provide essential expertise in tax determination, reporting, and compliance, focusing on e-invoicing in the LATAM market. This position involves in-depth analysis and integration design within SAP S/4HANA modules while working closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and support of our E-invoice solutions.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert knowledge of tax determination, reporting, and compliance in the LATAM market
- Conduct detailed analysis, feasibility studies, and integration design for business processes within SAP S/4HANA modules, including Logistics, Sales and Distribution, and Financial Accounting
- Assist with project management, implementation strategies, and testing methodologies
- Maintain a thorough understanding of tax data flow and technical integration architecture between ERP and compliance systems
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, including Functional Consultants, Developers, Sales teams, and Customer Support
- Prepare comprehensive Functional Specification documentation, use cases, and presentations for various stakeholders
- Support product development initiatives by working with Development, Quality Assurance, and Documentation teams
- Deliver end-user documentation, process flows, and detailed specifications for customers and support teams
- Act as a domain expert and business interface to facilitate product rollouts and implementations
- Monitor product deployment to ensure customer success while providing technical integration expertise
- Offer second-tier support and training to Customer Support and Professional Services teams
- Contribute domain expertise to support sales efforts when needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in LATAM Operations
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Background in Brazil Nota Fiscal, SPED, and E-Invoicing
- Proficiency in SAP Financial Accounting, SAP S/4HANA Finance for group reporting, and SAP SD Technical
- Understanding of SAP MM: Logistics (General) with integration to other modules
- Strong communication and presentation skills for management and external stakeholders
- Customer-facing experience combined with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to learn quickly with a highly self-motivated mindset
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Professional demeanor with a collaborative approach
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is advantageous

- Knowledge of tax compliance regulations specific to LATAM
- Background in project management methodologies
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques
