We are looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master / Agile Delivery & Release Manager to coach our squad on Agile principles and practices while leading increment planning sessions, coordinating cross-team dependencies, and ensuring alignment with other teams.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in software development life cycle, Agile methodologies, and modern application development.

Responsibilities
- Coach team members on their roles and proper interaction during the creation of user stories, discussion of priorities, and Sprint planning
- Promote continuous improvement through the use of Agile practices such as retrospectives
- Ensure that teams have well-refined Product Backlogs that deliver business and technical value
- Collaborate with team members and dependent partners
- Facilitate increment planning sessions to establish scope and build release plans
- Guarantee adherence to standard policies, procedures, and practices
- Run and facilitate cross-functional team ceremonies to support development and product releases
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and align release deliverables with other teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of practical hands-on experience in software development
- Understanding of software development SDLC, TDD, BDD
- Hands-on experience in an Agile environment with prior knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Background in facilitating meetings, decision-making, and facilitating change
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in building effective working relationships across various levels
- Showcase of strong organization and time management skills with acute attention to detail
Nice to have
- Agile certifications
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Kanban
- Knowledge of modern application development using Angular, React, Web Services, APIs, JSON/XML, NoSQL Databases, Kubernetes, Cloud Technology
