EPAM is looking for a Senior Payroll Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with our global shared service Payroll team, managing payroll payments, month-closure and other accounting tasks.

What You’ll Do
- Manage payroll processes for EPAM subsidiaries, including communication with HR and external agencies, SOX control file preparation and US GAAP bookkeeping
- Conduct analysis and reconciliation of payroll data across internal systems
- Investigate complex payroll cases
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
- Handle audit requests and participate in meetings with external and internal auditors
- Oversee local audits related to payroll
- Engage in regular improvement process activities and test new enhancements
- Generate ad-hoc reports as needed
What You Have
- Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Payroll Accountant, Senior Payroll Specialist or Auditor
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Ability to manage information from various sources
- B1+ English, both verbal and written
