Description
We seek a skilled Data Analyst in Revenue Forecasting with a strong background in Accounting and Finance to join our Business Partnering Service unit and contribute to our team's success.
As a team member, you will work alongside 300+ specialists to support EPAM's Global Finance department in managing administrative and financial functions related to EPAM's relationships with clients.

What You’ll Do
- Communicate effectively with account/sales managers
- Prepare and present reports analyzing AM's/SM's performance, key financial and management reports
- Calculate and optimize sales commissions
- Build contract-based analytics
- Generate Ad-Hoc reports as needed
- Support and develop solutions on the BI platform
- Monitor and control data quality in internal systems
- Align information between different data sources
What You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Economics
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with Macros
- Continuous self-development at the intersection of economic and technical trends
- Knowledge of basic DWH concepts
- Experience with BI platforms
- Data modelling and dashboard development experience
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
Nice to have
- Familiarity with MS SQL
