What You’ll Do
- Setup new MDM platforms and manage existing MDM platforms, both on-prem and AWS cloud-based
- Define and implement product DR strategy
- Work closely with the operations team and ensure the platform is stable, reliable and scalable
- Cooperate with EBX vendor and all other internal stakeholders to understand product roadmap, platform/product issues, and conduct platform upgrades, patch management etc
- Interact with various stakeholders to understand MDM platform issues, requirements & roadmap, platform setup/management cost estimation, project/release planning, risk/issue management
- Define platform architecture and design while driving the implementation
What You Have
- 8+ years of experience in platform setup and management of MDM platforms (EBX is primarily if there is no experience with MDM products such as Informatica MDM, IBM MDM etc.)
- AWS Cloud expertise, specifically on EC2, Cloudwatch, S3, RDS, EFS etc
- Proficiency in Unix shell scripting, Elastic Search, Kibana, Logstash, Knowledge of SSO/A/ SSL, Platform/Application Integration Concepts
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum processes and ceremonies to act as EBX Product lead
- Knowledge of Oracle, Postgres
Nice to have
- Understanding of DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD
- Competency in MDM Solution Design
