"The great serverless adventure with AWS CloudFormation"

So the task is to migrate to CloudFormation(CF) from the internal deployment tool, doesn’t sound so scary? What if I say that the infrastructure is more than 280+ Lambdas, 50+ DynamoDB tables, hundreds of IAM resources, VPC configuration, EC2 instances. All this with zero experience in CF at all. It seems to be a real adventure.
In this speech, I want to share the experience and to help to avoid design mistakes and get maximum out of AWS CF.
