OpenText Technical Team Lead Description
We are searching for an experienced OpenText Technical Team Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will provide technical direction and lead a team of engineers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions while upholding a high standard of technical excellence.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative software solutions
- Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Maintain a high standard of technical excellence in software development
- Lead and manage project activities to achieve successful outcomes
- Oversee the implementation of software architecture principles, microservices, and APIs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in OpenText software development (7-10 years preferred)
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, OpenText Cloud)
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, microservices, and APIs
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience in team management and strong communication skills for effectively coordinating team and project activities
- B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience in OpenText Analytics and OpenText Artesia
- Knowledge of OpenText OCE
