Senior Designer Description
We seek a Senior Designer to join our Digital Strategy & Design team in Ukraine.
Today, we have 200+ designers who are part of a distributed global design group of 1k+ multi-discipline designers, researchers, and consultants. We are passionate about what we do — helping organizations use design to create valuable customer experiences across platforms and touchpoints.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
- Validate and evaluate your ideas with stakeholders and users
- Responsible for creating and delivering UX artifacts as user flows, personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes based on user research and customer feedback that matches project needs optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Take part in discovery and research activities like user interviews, heuristic evaluation or competitor review
- Participating and facilitating design workshops
- Documenting client requirements and supporting design deliverables for the project
- Participate in feasibility-review sessions with front-end developers and architects
- Make precise estimations
- Work as an integral part of the design team by sharing statuses and blockers and maintaining workload transparency
- Meet deadlines and work with design leads to understand and prioritize workload
- Hand-on expertise in standard UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, Mural and User testing tools
- Mentoring more Junior designers
Requirements
- At least 5 years of design experience
- In-depth knowledge of research-based design process
- Ability to produce design specifications and design prototypes
- Theoretical solid background (Composition, Color Theory, Typography, Design, and Art styles)
- Ability to synthesize and communicate research findings, conceptual ideas & detailed design to all levels of the client organization
- Own all design deliverables on a project, such as experience maps, user journeys, interaction models, flows, IA schemes, systematic design, interaction design, and many others
- Being a storyteller — be able to communicate the story of design solutions to clients compellingly
- Solid conceptual and systematic thinking; ability to give efficient feedback to others and argumentation of own decisions
- Strong presentation skills
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level, both written and spoken (B2)

- Experience in pre-sale activities
- Good visual/graphic design skills
- High-level understanding of front-end development
