We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who possesses an extensive understanding of EIS Architecture v12 and v20 to join our team.
In the role of a Senior Business Analyst, you will be integral in scrutinizing and outlining EIS solutions and architectures for our insurance projects. Your comprehensive understanding of Group Life Insurance, Property and Casualty, Group Disability (STD, LTD), and Individual Disability will be vital in contributing to the prosperity of our projects and guaranteeing the coordination of our solutions with the business needs and objectives.

About the Project
You will be a critical part of our initiative to build Insurance Technology Accelerators, including the development of the Insurance Connector, Insurance Pre-build dashboard, and Business Architecture core components. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from design and development to testing and ongoing maintenance.Responsibilities
- Assess current business analysis processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions
- Have working experience in Scrum Agile, POD Structure, and attending Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering Teams to ensure project alignment with business goals
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in business analysis or related roles within the insurance industry
- Solid understanding of EIS Architecture v12 and v20
- Experience in Agile methodologies and practices
- Knowledge of Group Life Insurance, Property and Casualty, Group Disability (STD, LTD), and Individual Disability
- Understanding of General Liability Insurance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
