IT Helpdesk Specialist with German Description

Currently, for one of our Clients from the automotive industry, we are looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist with proficiency in German.

This is a customer-facing position with strong language skills.

It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting: Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
  • 1st and 2nd level support: Ability to handle more complex requests independently
  • Customer service: Providing excellent customer support and service quality
  • Documentation: Accurate documentation of all requests and solutions
  • Teamwork: Working with technicians and engineers to find solutions
  • Incident management: Management and tracking of incidents and service requests
  • Process improvement: Contribution to process optimization and efficient operations

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (at least B2 level)
  • Strong communication skills: Must be able to analyze and communicate requests clearly
  • Technical knowledge: A basic understanding of Apache NiFi, Splunk and Elastic
  • Consulting skills: Ability to provide customer advice and problem solving
  • Escalation processes: Knowledge of escalation paths and procedures
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Continuing education: Willingness to continuously train in the technologies mentioned
