Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of multiple integration projects, including resource allocation, onboarding, planning and execution
- Manage project scope, change requests and risk mitigation, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead scrum ceremonies, enforce quality control and drive operational excellence
- Provide structured project reporting, monitoring, and control, ensuring timely updates on risks, dependencies and challenges
- Foster strong client relationships and serve as the key point of contact for project stakeholders
- Manage project teams effectively, ensuring collaboration, accountability and high performance
- Drive project planning and budgeting to optimize resources and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth transitions for clients and internal teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing fixed-price and Agile projects
- Strong skills in client relationship management, project reporting, monitoring and control, operational excellence, team management, planning and budgeting
- Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin to facilitate communication with stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as and when required based on business needs
- Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments and collaborate with international teams
