Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data needs, define solution goals and develop scalable data architectures aligned with industry best practices
- Lead data integration strategies, including ETL processes, data warehousing and synchronization mechanisms for seamless data flow
- Implement data governance frameworks to ensure quality, security and compliance with regulations
- Communicate with data analysts and scientists to design and develop analytics and reporting solutions, including dashboards, visualizations and insights
- Ensure data security and privacy measures
- Work with cross-functional teams for successful implementation and alignment of data solutions
- Evaluate and select data tools and technologies to support solution requirements
- Stay updated with data management advancements and emerging technologies for innovative solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Solution Architect or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of data management, integration, database systems and data architecture patterns
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases)
- Understanding of data governance, data modeling and data security principles
- Skills in translating business requirements into technical data solutions
- Ability to lead and drive data initiatives, offering guidance and best practices on data-related projects
Nice to have
- AWS or other relevant certifications
- Competency in AI/ML
