Responsibilities

  • Participate in everything from design, deployment & implementation
  • Mentor on methodologies, standards, products, and frameworks
  • Define and document non-functional architectural requirements & prepare the work estimates
  • Configurate key design solutions, patterns, and complex product features
  • Lead technical teams during code reviews and assist them in resolving technical issues
  • Guide team of Architects and developers, who would be responsible for specific architectural areas
  • Maintain the security of all system applications

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working with Pega 7.x and 8.x (8+ years)
  • Proven track record working with Pega Cloud (AWS) or third-party Cloud-hosted solutions
  • Ability to design & develop shared enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega Process Rules Commander
  • Comfortable preparing comprehensive technical specifications and solution architecture documentation
  • Proficient with process methodology and development methodologies such as Agile, SDLC, and Iterative
  • Skilled in object-oriented analysis, design patterns and system integration
  • History working with Pega strategic frameworks such as Customer Service, Decisioning, Marketing and CLM in the financial services domain
  • Understanding of Web technologies such as CSS, JavaScript, Servlets and JSP
  • Exposure to RDBMS tools like Oracle and MSSQL
  • Knowledge of SQL commands such as PL/SQL and T-SQL as well as OOP Concepts and database performance tuning
  • Familiar with SOA and RESTful concepts as well as pub-sub and point-to-point concepts
  • Experience with CI/CD configuration and release management
  • Expert in the architecture design methodologies required to support the Pega 7x / 8x platform
  • Strong communicator and able to present to stakeholders & clients on the proposed solutions to complex technical and business issues
  • Hands on with scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles
  • Current Pega Lead System Architect certification
