We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our team of highly skilled experts. In this role, you will provide continuous day-to-day support for our global data network, serving as level 3 support for all network-related tasks and troubleshooting. What You’ll Do
- Design, develop and deploy LAN/WAN network infrastructure
- Maintain all monitoring and reporting systems
- Produce and maintain documentation related to all developed and deployed systems
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending and capacity planning
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Select and implement security tools, policies and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
What You Have
- Expertise in implementing operational changes, interacting with the customers and coordinating with the team for project-related modifications
- Background in SDWAN and Next-Generation Firewall and familiarity with firewall cloud services
- Competency in addressing asymmetric routing and STP loop challenges
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco networking devices (ASA, IPS, ISE, WLC), routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), LAN switching (VLANs, VTP, STP, EtherChannel) and Cisco operating systems (IOS, NX-OS)
- Strong TCP/IP protocol suite knowledge and practical background in application protocols
- Qualifications in setting up and resolving issues related to network security, covering IPSec/SSL, VPN/Cisco AnyConnect, AAA architecture, TACACS+, RADIUS, 802.1X
- Experience with application load balancers
- Flexibility to use such applications as SAP, Citrix, Portal, etc
