Responsibilities
- Take the lead in maintaining and supporting production and downstream environments
- Ensure rigorous adherence to defect tracking and change control processes
- Leverage your strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve issues effectively
- Collaborate as a key team player, demonstrating excellent communication skills when interacting with customers and users from different regions
- Provide exceptional support to our business teams and fellow Technology professionals
Requirements
- Proven experience in support roles, with a solid understanding of Incident, Changes, Problems, SLAs, and tools like Jira and ServiceNow
- Proficiency in SQL and ETL is a must
- Strong first, second, and third-line support skills, demonstrating the ability to take ownership of a problem and drive it to resolution
Nice to have
- Experience with Control-M
- Familiarity with Markit EDM tool
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
