We are looking for a People Operations Specialist for our Uzbekistan office to strengthen our team.

In this role, you will advise EPAM managers, offering insights on HR-related matters and innovative HR solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass developing, embedding and supporting HR processes in the daily functions of a specific organizational unit or project.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish regular reporting and evaluation of the key HR KPIs within a department
  • Devise and coordinate HR strategy for a specific unit/project, and if needed, drive change initiatives
  • Identify critical people management issues within an organizational unit/project and provide well-reasoned solutions
  • Enhance the company's internal HR brand and internal communications within a department
  • Implement and monitor employees' satisfaction rate
  • Collaborate with project leads to enhance team performance, aligning goals and values
  • Ensure effective onboarding processes for the project
  • Develop and implement career and succession plans for key individuals within the account

What You Have

  • Profound understanding of influential people management practices and their integration for organizational growth
  • Knowledge of labor legislation in the Republic of Uzbekistan
  • Proficiency in organizing diverse business events
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills, aligning with broader goals and anticipating potential challenges
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the IT industry and HR trends with the ability to propose relevant HR solutions
  • Application of strategic HR management principles within departments
  • Practical experience in designing, developing, and implementing HR processes
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, adeptly navigating unfamiliar situations with professionalism
