As our Delivery Manager, your mission will be to lead an integrated project team to deliver Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects. Together with our fantastic team, you’ll help our clients to grow, generate revenue and achieve their ambitions. You’ll build trust and credibility, both with the client and your team members, as the leader in running effective commerce projects. Responsibilities

  • Work with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Define and manage project scopes to deliver projects within budget and according to timeline, while maintaining awareness of all risks and issues
  • Collaborate with our team to identify the approach, deliverables, schedule and tools to deliver the project within established constraints and at top quality
  • Manage the implementation of various systems and solutions, driving the delivery of complex solutions for blue-chip clients
  • Engage in discussions with clients on the business goals and technical strategy
  • Formulate and execute project plans, and manage cross-functional project teams
  • Work with the client and project team to estimate costs and timing for tasks such as strategy, functional design, visual design, technologies, using established estimating processes and tools
  • Help us to win pitches (pre-sales activities) by overseeing planning, budget and way of working

Requirements

  • Min 8 years of experience in digital project management - ideally within a digital agency
  • Experience of working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or in an e-commerce environment
  • Ability to understand a client’s business, needs, expectations and requirements
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on accountability and proactivity
  • Previous experience with end-to-end projects in the e-commerce space
  • Ability to excel in a client-facing, project management role
  • Confidence and ability to staff project teams with the right people
  • Experience of estimating detailed costs and timelines
  • An enquiring mind that anticipates needs, thinks critically, and is not afraid to challenge
  • Calmness under pressure and excellent creativity in problem solving
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Dutch fluency is a must-have, with good English skills too!
