Client Engagement Consultant (Pre Sales) (m/f/d) Description

We are looking for a professional to coordinate EPAM pre-sales activities, define solutions based on client requirements, structure proposals and support the account team during the Pre-sales process in Germany. In this role, you will be working with Solution architects, Competency Heads and Sales managers on creating cohesive proposals designed to convince potential clients of EPAM technical and organizational advantages.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate pre-sales activities across multiple company divisions, engage internal stakeholders and competencies to contribute into strategic proposals
  • Orchestrate and support development of strategic proposals in accordance with scope of services and requirements provided by the Client
  • Manage and accelerate development of tailored and customized solutions to meet client needs
  • Integrate technical solution implementation approach into business proposals according to the company internal standards
  • Build pricing models and timelines based on technical estimation, provided by Solution Architect
  • Support Q&A sessions to specify client requirements by consolidating questions and documenting answers
  • Create PPT presentations and Word descriptions to showcase EPAM values, expertise and services
  • Collaborate with Competency Heads and other relevant stakeholders on EPAM Capabilities and Experience content creation

What You Have

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in IT, Software Engineering or Tech Consultancy
  • Experience in small-mid size programs management
  • Practical knowledge and experience creating and managing marketing and technical content
  • Good understanding of key technology trends and terms
  • Strong Remote collaboration skills
  • Taking responsibility and feeling accountable for own and team actions
  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Nice to have

  • Experience support public sector/ government based clients would be beneficial for this role
