Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in managing and further scaling the EPAM service lines, in your area(s) for expertise, from a global perspective
  • Establish cross-disciplinary and multi-faceted approach in driving strategic and operational excellence, process improvements and operating model enhancements for innovation and growth
  • Closely partner and become a trusted advisor to boards of directors, c-suite, and investors
  • Bring market-leading experience and stay current on best practices, leading tools, technology, and trends in the field
  • Use business and technology expertise to define and deploy disruptive business capabilities
  • Serve as a valued source of advice on relevant transformation approaches, business models, and digital enablement for clients and your colleagues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, engineering or science preferred, with an outstanding record of academic achievement; advanced degree is also preferred
  • Prior experience as a Managing Director (or equivalent level) with primary client relationship responsibility and a proven record of growing a practice’s capability and revenue in a professional services firm
  • 8 – 10 years’ experience managing and mentoring high transformations performing teams through business and digital
  • Expertise in one or more of the following domains: M&A and Private Equity, Data & AI Consulting, Enterprise GRC; an industry (i.e., Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, etc.) or function (supply chain and operations, change management, technology / CIO, etc.)
  • Proven L&A Market Marker with Deep Network and L&A insurance industry knowledge and experience (Claims, UW, Distribution Sales & Service or Finance Transformation)
  • Structured problem-solving approach w demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving
  • Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb verbal and written communication skills, with seasoned presentation skills, executive presence, interpersonal and strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to attract new talent

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $152k - $250k.
