Senior Learning & Development Specialist (Cross-culture trainer) Description

We are looking for a Senior Learning and Development Specialist. In this role, you will develop, design and deliver cross-cultural training events in the following categories: cultural awareness, cross-cultural communication, leading multicultural teams and country-specific training (monthly requirement is 40 hours).

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with business representatives to determine business needs and customer expectations
- Develop training delivery strategies, new training formats and materials
- Hold pre- and post-training activities: learners’ assessment or testing, Q&A, etc
- Develop and update training materials: handouts, syllabuses, etc
- Analyze learners’ feedback and make course improvements
- Learn and leverage experience to serve as a subject matter expert for internal support
What You Have
- Advanced understanding of cross-cultural theories, models and frameworks
- Extensive intercultural work experience (working abroad or in an international environment)
- Proficient in conducting research and analysis to determine areas for potential cultural misunderstanding
- Training, facilitating and presentation skills
- Competency in conducting training online
- English level – B2+, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Degree in intercultural studies, education, business, psychology
- Knowing IT specifics
