Currently we are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Specialist to make the team even stronger. As an Inside Sales Specialist your role is to generate leads for our sales managers. Receiving your target list, you virtually track the buyer personas, reach out to them using a mix of sales tools (Outreach emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, phone calls etc.). Your goal is to book a meeting with a qualified buyer persona at the target company and make it happen. What helps you in reaching your targets is being eager on high-tech stuff, using your creativity in tracking the leads, finding the relevant information, and acting out with energy.

The working environment is EPAM’s fancy new office in Budapest’s Corvin Negyed. As you are new in our organization, it is advised to work minimum 3-4 days in the office with your team members, to speed-up your learning phase. Later on, as you can 100% work alone, the hybrid working system is advised with 2-3 days in the office. But let us believe that working together is more fun than home alone. :)


  • Understand EPAM’s values and map it with target companies needs
  • Hunt for leads according to given target list
  • Use the mix of sales tools (LinkedIn, Outreach messages, phone calls)
  • Document activities in CRM (MS Dynamics, Salesforce etc.)
  • Cooperate with team members
  • Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Partners)


  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales working experience
  • Experience with inside sales
  • Fluent oral & written English language skills
  • Fluent oral & written German language skills is a plus
  • Proficiency in sales tools as Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs
  • Hunter sales attitude
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills
  • Conceptual thinking and result orientation
  • Interpersonal skills and customer focus
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • BA/BSc degree from a leading university or relevant experience proving ability to solve complex problems
