Job #: 74449We are seeking a driven and innovative Application Support Specialist to join our growing team and help generate solutions to address and meet various requirements and needs.
The application leverages micro-services architectural patterns and is deployed to AKS. External protection is provided by using Application Gateway and Azure SQL Server used as a storage tier.

What You’ll Do
- Application and System Monitoring, troubleshooting, issues, bugs fixes, etc
- Mobile Client Application troubleshooting (iOS, Android)
- Participate in calls/chat with customers, troubleshoot online being on call with the real users
- Comprehensive hands-on in the list of technologies above
- Ability to work with App Insights and Log Analytics
- Develop new and modify existing queries and alerts in Azure Monitor
- Write SQL queries
- Setup / Monitor alert notifications
- Document RCA
