DESCRIPTION


As a Genesys Developer, you will deliver working solutions, cooperate directly with business customers, and gather significant experience in different parts of the software implementation and delivery process. Intelligent Automation competency brings opportunities for personal growth due to the rising demand for specialists in the area.

Project technologies and tools

  • Genesys Engage, formerly PureEngage, Genesys’ original call center software
  • Genesys Cloud, formerly PureCloud, microservices-based software built on Amazon Web Services
  • PureConnect, originally Interactive Intelligence, software for customer experience management at contact centers
  • Genesys DX, predictive digital customer engagement software which combines customer experience software (CX) with artificial intelligence (AI)

Responsibilities

  • Design, solution and propose solutions based out of Genesys platform to address client`s business needs
  • Develop and maintain business processes and different workflows based on communication with the client
  • Implement different communication scenarios between customers and client`s representatives
  • Improve existing Genesys setup based on the customer feedback and system analytics

Requirements

  • Experience in IT Support field
  • Ability to discuss technical questions and progress with the client on daily basis
  • Ability to work autonomously without tight supervision: structure the work, estimate tasks, meet the commitments
  • Ability to work in the team and communicate well

Nice to have

  • Understanding of core programming concepts and being able to apply them including good enough knowledge of one of popular programming languages, e.g. Java, C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, etc. would be a plus
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2+)
  • Production experience with at least one Genesys product would be a plus
  • Experience in working with BPO Service Centers and/or skills in one of the following process areas: F&A, Insurance, Banking, Back Office Management would be a plus
  • Software development background/experience would be a plus
  • Experience in VoIP and Telecom domain would be a plus
  • Experience with chat bots, conversation constructors and other omni channel solutions would be a plus
