You are a motivated, self-starter who is passionate about Design and its various dimensions. You enjoy living by your craft and developing user-centered solutions for complex problems. What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Experience Lead for new business activities, presentations and estimates
  • Establish brand differentiating design strategy, style, and user interface patterns
  • Produce and lead a team in delivering high quality design in the form of design comps, prototypes, storyboards, data visualizations, etc
  • Contribute to pitches and presentations with thoughtful storytelling and strong design thinking
  • Collaborate on user research and usability testing activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional design teams on process, interaction design and flows
  • Present design work to internal team as well as clients
  • Organize and delegate work to other experience designers as appropriate and provide mentorship
  • Contribute to the life of the firm through thought leadership

What You Have

  • 10+ years of experience (including hands on experience with design software)
  • Stellar verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create and tell stories both internally and to clients
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience working on enterprise digital product development (applications and websites)
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant industry tools including but not limited to Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (HTML, CSS or JavaScript is a plus)
  • Ability to explain complex design decisions to experts and laypeople
  • Strong ability to lead Experience design activities within both agile and waterfall environments
  • Hands-on experience managing and designing with design system frameworks
  • Ability to accurately estimate and delegate work so that it is delivered on time and on budget
  • An understanding of relevant technologies for desktop and mobile and interest in emerging technologies such as AI and chatbots, AR/VR and IoT
