Currently we are looking for a Junior Process Engineer for our Minsk office to make our team even stronger.

We are seeking a RESPONSIBLE individual to support one of the most important functions at every company — Talent Acquisition. Joining our team, you will be actively cooperating with other EPAM Talent Acquisition .

Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with TA teams
  • Work with Applicant Tracking System and job posting tool
  • Improve ATS Data quality: (organize trainings for TA teams)
  • Consult TA and Support teams on tracking
  • Investigate reporting and tracking issues
  • Build up processes
  • Help to conduct audit of processes and reports
  • Maintain Knowledge Base

Requirements

  • Persistence, diligence and attention to details
  • Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines with no loss in quality
  • Ability to prioritize, act and learn fast
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate level and higher)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of commonly used office and collaboration tools (Office, SharePoint, Google Drive, Skype)
