What You’ll Do

  • Provide deep SAP functional and technical expertise in the given process area
  • Manage the design and deploy the highly complicated, integrated end-to-end solutions
  • Provide an input to architecture, security, and data standards; ensure end-to-end solutions adhere to these standards
  • Manage the team incl. tasks distribution, coaching, technical advising, day-to-day activities monitoring
  • Plan and estimate all work effort relating to SAP development, Basis, and DevOps activities, and technical architecture components
  • Manage across all stages of solution implementation, upgrade, and support of the latest SAP systems versions (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP HANA Platform, on-premise and cloud integration, and others)
  • Advise on SAP CIO Guides (On-premise/Cloud/Hybrid), Integration Solution Advisory Methodology (ISA-M)
  • Plan and manage SAP systems governance and maintenance incl. SAP technical changes management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, etc

What You Have

  • Agile development experience with expert understanding of application and software architecture
  • Deep understanding of architectural constructs and delivery methodologies
  • Strong development background with expert understanding of ABAP OO, Design Patterns, ABAP for SAP S/4HANA development paradigm, CDS, BOPF, Fiori, etc
  • In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA Side-by-Side Extensibility concept, SAP Cloud Platform basics, SAP Cloud SDK, etc
  • Solid knowledge of SAP integration scenarios and tools
  • High-level understanding of several SAP products capabilities, functionality, and technologies from the following list - SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Logistics, Production, etc.), SAP C/4HANA (Commerce, Marketing, Sales, etc.), SAP SCM (TM, EWM, IBP, etc.), SAP GRC (AC, PC, RM, etc.), SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, etc
  • Ability to identify solution gaps and develop gap closure options
  • Ability to present SAP features and innovations filtered and focused on potential customer need
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills with excellent client interaction background
