Currently we are looking for a Senior Performance Analyst to make our team even stronger.

  • Track multiple projects progress using an Agile/SCRUM methodology, and provide timely status reports to project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product management and development to specify product/feature performance/reliability requirements, and subsequently validate them
  • Do regular quality control features (retrospectives, grooming) and continuously improve the quality of work on the project
  • Actively take part in strategic meetings with the customer
  • Communicate in English with stakeholders both written and orally


  • 3+ years’ experience with performance testing, covering: test script creation, debugging and validation; heavy multi-user load performance test execution
  • Bachelors of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or in related field
  • Experience with application testing using one of these tools: LoadRunner, JMeter, Oracle Load Testing (OLT) or similar tool
  • Experience working in Agile environment (Scrumban preferably)
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Webex
  • Strong leading skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented and performing well under pressure
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking, solid communication and the ability to lead multiple test paths simultaneously
  • Experience in staffing and knowledge transfer procedures
  • Strong English communications skills, written and oral (B2 minimum)

Nice to have

  • JMeter script development experience
  • Docker experience
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services administration and tuning
  • Understanding of Elasticsearch, Dgraph
  • JVM/Garbage Collection tuning experience
  • Good knowledge of Core Java programming
  • Knowledge of distributed system bottleneck isolation
  • Experience working with Jenkins job scripting/server administration
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL Database administration, SQL programming
  • Experience with AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog or similar tools
