DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Delivery Manager for our Almaty office to make the team even stronger.

Focus: Delivery/Team Lead, Coordinator, Solution/ Systems/ Enterprise Architect, Delivery/Project/Program Manager work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Govern the delivery across stakeholders, handling complicated engineering issues, making sure the design, code and overall solution is of top-notch quality. Is completely responsible for the overall customer experience in terms of delivery
  • Be responsible for developing and executing the succession plan of the projects on their account
  • Take a proactive role in contributing to the best delivery management practices and processes within the company
  • Participate in the assessment committees for M1/M2 levels during promotion campaigns as a committee expert
  • Participate in mentoring and talent development programs for delivery leads and managers
  • Management competencies:
    • Provide a coherent plan on the delivery including, but not limited to planning, scheduling and tracking delivery
    • Handle conflicts, people and technology
    • Apply best processes and methodologies, tailor them and run on the project
    • Possess sufficient knowledge to run the outcome-based setups with hard commitment to the timeline, quality and budget

Requirements

  • Expected to have at least 8 years of experience in IT and at least 3+ years in positions of Delivery/Team Lead, Coordinator, Solution / Systems / Enterprise Architect, Delivery/Project/Program Manager
  • Experience with outcome-based setups, delivering on hard commitments and fixed timelines
  • Able to oversee business end of solution, apply best practices and deliver the most possible value out of the effort
  • English –Upper Intermediate and higher
