What You’ll Do

  • Able to understand industry innovation and technology trends in the world of data processing, and be able to design, architect and propose enterprise solutions for reliable and best possible future proof architecture
  • The Enterprise architect is responsible for managing and initiating actions required to create, implement and govern overall enterprise architecture activities
  • The work activity includes application architecture, solution architecture and patterns
  • Provide leadership thought and serves as an advisor to client engagement teams
  • Provide technology-related advice, vision and support in view of the following goals: company position as a leader in its market space, spearheading the creation of Intellectual Property, providing technology leadership and delivery accountability for solutions for multiple concurrent projects
  • Forecast technical trends, prepare technology roadmaps and develop implementation strategies
  • Develop overall strategic technical plan and create architecture proposals based on identified solution gaps
  • Work closely with IT and Business Teams to develop requirements, perform complex assignments with broad scope and long-term business implications
  • Facilitate the formulation of solutions with high level of innovation, cost effectiveness, high quality and faster time to market
  • Collaborate with business and technical partners to identify and scope the opportunities, outline potential value, identify risks, benefits and constraints
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and manage complex issues within functional area of expertise or assigned scope
  • Create solution definition and solution architecture
  • Being recognized subject matter expert, lead planning, design and implementation of technical solutions
  • Prepare and present white papers and proposals, make solutions presentations to the Management, Business Owners and other Stakeholders
  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance and management of IT architecture models and their lower level components
  • Partner with Program and Project Managers to create detailed cost and time estimates for implementing business solutions, define technical scope and requirements of the project and assist project manager with managing scope during the lifecycle of the project
  • Participate as member of core enterprise architecture team to define guidelines and principles
  • Orchestrate collaboration between multi-vendor cross-functional teams to successfully deliver multiple high scalable software products used by millions of patients and healthcare providers
  • Serve as technical pre-sales lead by implementing POCs, presenting high level solution design to address various stakeholders' concerns
  • Utilize various consultative assessments and methodologies to analyze client as-is situations and provided comprehensive software modernization and migration roadmap
  • Orchestrate full service delivery of cross functional teams and eco-system to ensure successful implementation
  • Drive Research & Development initiatives

What You Have

  • 15+ years of IT experience, strong software engineering background
  • 10+ years Solutions Architecture experience
  • 5+ years Enterprise Architecture experience
  • Experience designing and implementing largescale event-based architectures
  • Experience in API and Microservice design
  • Experience in various NoSQL technologies
  • Experience with Message Queue technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Experience in Cloud-based Architectures and integration, Software modernization/migration, SOA/Microservices Architecture
  • Strong experience in automating Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Agile practices for highly scalable systems (SAFE preferred). Perform analysis of the current practices and design and implement best practices and emerging concepts in CI/CD landscape
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, negotiation and reasoning skills to earn support of business leaders, technology leaders, colleagues, and vendor representatives
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical ideas in a straightforward and compelling way
  • Experienced in working with cross functional teams, building alignment and leading selection of technologies/ solutions while building business case to support that
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • Strong writing and documentation skills
  • Deep working knowledge in Enterprise Architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, PEAF, Zachman, or DoDAF - certified
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Business domain knowledge (Healthcare, Financial, Insurance)
