What You’ll Do

  • Strive for excellent quality, innovation, data-driven decision making with focus on high customer satisfaction and great customer experience
  • Carrying out of business analysis to define system functional requirements
  • Involvement in project design works (conceptual design, customization, testing, release in operation, solution support)
  • Work within a certain functional area according to set tasks (scope, results, terms, and resources)
  • Develop solutions independently within a large-scale functional area according to standards with understanding of integration interactions and considering potential risks
  • Coordination of complex requirements among different functional teams
  • Develop project documentation, including technical requirements and specifications, functional and project decisions, user guides
  • Teamwork. Planning, organizing and facilitation of working process
  • Organization of knowledge transfer in the project team and to the customer
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technological trends and changes in the SAP world, adapt to these changes by self-training, research and implement them in R&D and production setups
  • Collaborate with the EPAM global SAP competency center for sharing experience, grow further the expertise within the community, drive future improvements and address production and optimization challenges


  • In-depth knowledge of SAP systems functionality
  • Knowledge of business processes within Logistics functional area
  • 5+ years of work experience as a SAP SD consultant
  • Extensive work experience with ERP systems
  • At least 3 successfully delivered SAP projects
  • Understanding of ABAP product and solution development - SAP system analyzing and debugging skills
  • Experience with Background Jobs processing, Tracing Tools, Transport Management System, User Roles and Authorizations Management
  • Experience with SAP query
  • Knowledge of integration aspects with other SAP modules
  • Must have Knowledge and experience in:
    • OTC
    • Shipping
    • Billing
    • Pricing
    • Cross-functional
    • Organizational Structures
    • Customer and Material Master Data
    • Availability Check
    • Delivery and Transportation Scheduling
    • Outline Agreements
    • Technical Architecture (Tables, User-Exits, BADIs, Enhancements…)
  • Good knowledge of English (verbal and written)

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in more SAP modules – SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP Basis, etc
  • In-depth understanding of one of the key SAP products capabilities and functionality – SAP S/4HANA (Logistics)
  • Availability of SAP certificate - Certificate on main functional area
  • Knowledge of one of the industry solutions: SAP AFS, SAP for Retail, FnR, CAR
  • Good knowledge of SAP Activate or other agile implementation and development methodologies
