SAP FICO Consultant Description
We are seeking a proficient SAP FICO Consultant to join our team.
The selected candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a focus on configuration, implementation, and support. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend financial processes, design effective solutions, and facilitate seamless system integration.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP FICO capabilities
- Configure SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders) modules
- Support implementation, upgrades, and enhancements of SAP FICO modules
- Resolve technical challenges and provide support for end-users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and supply chain, to align solutions
- Ensure compliance with financial standards and internal control policies
- Deliver training sessions and develop user documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working as an SAP FICO Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and its integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Understanding of financial processes, IFRS, and local accounting regulations
- Analytical and problem-solving skills at an advanced level
- Communication abilities suitable for stakeholder collaboration
- A dependable team player with the ability to work independently
Nice to have
- SAP FICO certification
- Background in ABAP debugging and FIORI application usage
- Knowledge of SAP Business Partner, Credit Management, and Treasury Management
