We are actively searching for a highly skilled and experienced Lead System Engineer specializing in Microsoft Azure to join our dynamic team.
As a key technical leader, you will be responsible for driving the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud solutions, ensuring fault tolerance, high availability, scalability, and security. This role demands hands-on expertise in Azure infrastructure, DevOps practices, and automation, combined with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the design, implementation, and maintenance of Azure infrastructure is fault tolerant, highly available, scalable, and secure
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines with automated build and test systems
- Manage production deployments with various deployment strategies
- Employ Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate Azure infrastructure and platform deployments
- Use configuration management tools to automate system configurations
- Apply microservices architecture concepts and best practices
- Collaborate with application development teams to align requirements, schedules, and activities
- Conduct proofs of concept (POCs) to validate the feasibility of proposed designs and technologies
- Address system issues, proactively managing challenges with a continuous improvement mindset
- Acclimate quickly to new services and technologies within the environment
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Azure Cloud environments
- Proficiency in DevOps CI/CD tools and practices
- Extensive experience in Linux and Windows Administration
- Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Shell, and Unix scripting
- Knowledge of YAML scripting and ARM templates
- Proficiency in Terraform modules for infrastructure automation
- Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and best practices
- Experience in automating infrastructure and platform deployments with IaC tools
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on Azure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- B2+ English proficiency level
