Lead TypeScript Engineer Description
We are in search of an experienced remote Lead TypeScript Engineer to join our team.
You will play a key role in developing and maintaining infrastructure using Node.js and AWS services. You will bring your exceptional coding skills in TypeScript/JavaScript and your extensive experience working with React JS or Angular frameworks to the table. In addition, you will utilize your strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to work independently and contribute to the development of serverless applications using AWS Lambda and implementing infrastructure as code with AWS CDK in TypeScript.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure using Node.js and AWS services
- Develop and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda and AWS CDK in TypeScript
- Collaborate closely with the development team to integrate new functionalities and optimize performance and efficiency
- Implement best practices and guidelines to ensure consistent and secure DevOps processes
- Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders to understand and address their requirements
- Lead the team of engineers
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Exceptional coding skills in TypeScript/JavaScript with extensive experience in React JS or Angular frameworks
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
- Experience in developing serverless applications using AWS Lambda and implementing infrastructure as code with AWS CDK in TypeScript
- Proficiency in AWS Cloud Development Kit, AWS Lambda, Amazon Web Services
- B2+ English level for effective communication with the team and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker, OpenAPI Specification (OAS), Data Dog, OAuth2, Auth0
- Knowledge of Python, Ruby on Rails, Bash, Cloud Foundry, and Cloud Forge
