We are looking for a Lead Cloud DevOps Engineer.
As a Lead Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and deployment pipelines for our cloud-based applications. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers and work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our software products.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers
- Spearhead the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure across various platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CircleCI
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes to boost efficiency and reliability
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure optimal application performance and health
- Optimize system performance and address troubleshooting issues promptly
- Ensure that cloud environments and DevOps practices adhere to security standards and regulations
- Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary control measures
- Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders for smooth integration and delivery of software
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Strong experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
- Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CircleCI
- Skills in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
