We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and architects on design decisions
- Develop end user applications with high scalability and throughput
- Provide technical and design guidance and establish standards
- Improve and optimize software development processes
- Design enterprise applications that meet client needs
- Lead a team to ensure best practices in coding and design
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to ensure performance
- Implement automated testing practices to enhance code quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering with 8 to 12 years in the industry
- Proficiency in Java 8 and familiarity with Spring Boot
- Background in data structures and algorithms
- Understanding of microservices and REST API design
- Strong knowledge of design patterns and problem-solving techniques
- Capability to work independently and take ownership of solutions
- English proficiency for effective communication
Nice to have
- Certification in Java programming
- Knowledge of cloud platforms
- Experience with open-source projects like Apache and Spring
- Familiarity with Kafka and streaming technologies
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
