Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce applications utilizing Salesforce UI and API tools
- Implement CI/CD workflows with Copado to streamline processes
- Apply test-driven development approaches to maintain high code standards
- Oversee production environments to maintain peak functionality
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to analyze and fulfill project requirements
- Draft technical designs and document system changes for future use
- Conduct code reviews and provide actionable, constructive feedback
- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Stay informed about new Salesforce features and industry best practices
- Contribute to the design of scalable and sustainable architecture for Salesforce systems
Requirements
- Background in Salesforce focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Salesforce platform development
- Familiarity with Copado for streamlined CI/CD operations
- Experience in Salesforce platform management and administration
- Exposure to agile development methodologies and practices
- Proficiency in test-driven development practices and enforcing code standards
- Competency in overseeing and maintaining production environments
- Understanding of continuous integration and automated deployment strategies
- Professional working knowledge of the English language
Nice to have
- Certification in Salesforce technologies
- Understanding of the Einstein 1 Platform
