Responsibilities
- Direct the technical vision and mentor a team of developers and technical experts
- Facilitate integration with external systems while preserving data integrity and quality
- Develop scalable and efficient solutions
- Consistently engage and collaborate with client managers and development teams
- Instruct technology departments in emerging frameworks and best practices
- Assess current technology architecture trends
- Investigate new solutions and technologies for ongoing enhancement
- Control and navigate technological risks
- Engage with stakeholders for well-informed decision-making
- Oversee current operations and translate design ideas into IT execution
- Consistently introduce new features, conduct maintenance, and render support
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience on the Salesforce platform
- Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Automation Processes, CPQ, DevOps, Integration, and Requirements to Solution Mapping
- Track record of guiding large teams
- Historical success in technical project delivery within telecommunications or related fields
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Capacity to maintain composure and focus under strict deadlines
- Ability to handle stress and maintain a positive outlook
- High-level English communication skills (B2+)
Nice to have
- Qualifications in Conga Composer, MuleSoft, Salesforce DevOps Center
- Competency in Salesforce Maps, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Territory Planning
