AWS Application Support Engineer Description
We are looking for an AWS Application Support Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will focus on supporting CI/CD applications and work closely with developers to assist with CI/CD, application definitions, and deployments. The role requires covering US working hours, as most tasks occur during that window.

Responsibilities
- Assist developers with their CI/CD and application definitions
- Manage deployments and related tasks
- Fix CI/CD issues and troubleshoot related problems
- Provide application support during US business hours
- Optimize and improve CI/CD processes and application performance
Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience in application support or a related field
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices
- Skills in GitLab/GitHub and Terraform
- Competency in basic AWS and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with ArgoCD
- Understanding of Ansible is beneficial
- Capability to work during US business hours

- Advanced certification in AWS
- Previous experience in an Agile working environment
- Background in DevOps practices
