Lead Functional Consultant MS Dynamics 365 F&SCM, Manufacturing Description
We are seeking a Lead Consultant with expertise in MS Dynamics 365 F&SCM to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in analyzing customer business requirements, configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure comprehensive requirements are met.
This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Latvia, whether it's your home or our office in Riga.

Responsibilities
- Participate in every aspect of the solution implementation, from analyzing customer business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements aligned with business objectives
- Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and evaluate customer business processes
- Document business requirements and configure/customize the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve customer business requirements
- Facilitate customer decision-making processes and develop functional design documents
- Conduct acceptance testing and train customer resources to use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application
- Understand challenges and risks when implementing vertical applications
Requirements
- 3+ years of consulting experience in Dynamics 365 Manufacturing modules
- Expertise in Master Planning, Planning Optimization, and Production Operations Resources
- Experience in configuring Production modules from scratch
- Ability to analyze business problems, model data and processes, and conduct workshops and training sessions
- Familiarity with core production-related functionality, application technology stack, and implementation methodology
- Industry knowledge in manufacturing
- Excellent analytical, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong organizational change management skills
Nice to have
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Successful completion of applicable product certification exams

Salary range €3.8K-€6.2K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
