Senior SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) Consultant Description
We are looking for a Senior SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) Consultant to join our team.
The SAP C4C Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP C4C solutions to enhance customer relationship management processes and drive business growth. The role requires a strong background in SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) technologies, particularly SAP's cloud-based solutions, to align business strategies with customer service operations and sales management.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP C4C solutions according to business requirements provided by the stakeholders, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement and managing the sales cycle effectively
- Configure and customize the SAP C4C system, including the integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems, to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across the business landscape
- Conduct detailed analysis and understand the client’s customer service, marketing, and sales processes to tailor SAP C4C solutions that meet their specific needs
- Lead training sessions, workshops, and presentations for end-users to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the SAP C4C system
- Provide continuous support and maintenance, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, conducting system upgrades, and implementing improvements based on user feedback and business evolution
- Collaborate with project teams, including project managers, technical architects, and other consultants, to ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to best practices and quality standards
- Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP C4C functionalities, updates, and best practices to continuously offer innovative and state-of-the-art solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP C4C or SAP CRM systems, with a strong understanding of cloud-based CRM solutions and their applications in business processes
- Familiarity with key functional areas within C4C, such as service and support, sales automation, marketing, and analytics
- Strong skills in system configuration and customization, with the ability to integrate SAP C4C with other systems using APIs and middleware solutions
- Excellent analytical skills to identify client needs and develop solutions that effectively address their challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, and conveying technical information in accessible terms
- Effective project management capabilities, with experience in leading and managing CRM implementation projects
- B2+ English level proficiency
