What You’ll Do

  • Manage engagement and process improvements
  • Coordinate preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
  • Deliver customer projects successfully
  • Manage customer expectations and relationship
  • Ensure that projects are delivered in line with EPAM process and methodologies
  • Address customer issues during an engagement in cooperation with the Account Manager
  • Make sure that the customer executes their responsibilities on the engagements
  • Identify and manage engagement risks and flag major issues early
  • Participate in overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling
  • Prepare engagement revenue and resource forecasts
  • Prepare estimations on time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects develop the project plan incorporating all project variables
  • Establish criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and costs
  • Provide clear guidance, instruction, and advice to the local teams to driving performance and enable them to achieve their objectives and KPls
  • Develop effective teamwork and hold regular team meetings to share knowledge, resolve mutual problems, exchanging information, coordination, and learning
  • Driving monthly performance of productivity by ensuring that appropriate targets are set, monitored real-time and attained
  • Deal effectively with poor performance and work with the underperforming employee to identify measures that could be used to improve performance
  • Assist in analyzing client processes through needs analysis and recommending new development models, workflows, or innovative solutions
  • Participate in new business development
  • Set the standards of expected behavior and the ethics that apply to all employees across the organization
  • Maintain a commitment to the company vision, values, and the spirit of the organization
  • Ensure that adequate internal control mechanisms and legal compliance are in place

What You Have

  • At least 10 years' experience in working in Consulting or outsourcing Account/Delivery Management
  • Confident understanding of broad range of technologies, and software development
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience, proven track record of managing delivery of organization of 150-200+ FTEs
  • Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients, to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team and to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage, develop, and motivate effective teams internally and externally
  • Proven experience in working with distributed teams on the client side
  • Proven track record in creating, representing, and landing best delivery concepts and pushing through organization from idea to inception and productive use
  • Exceptional organization, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills
  • Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, able to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent English language skills both written and verbal
