What You Have

• Good written and oral communication skills, experience in technical writing and documenting
• Experience with implementing CI/CD pipelines (AWS)
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Solid understanding and experience working with high availability, high performance, multi-data center systems and hybrid cloud environments
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Experience with Jenkins, Groovy, Artifactory, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell/Python
• Experience with any cloud technologies
• Good English communication skills (speaking, writing and reading)
• Ability to work independently under general direction
• Strong understanding of mobile and web backend infrastructure technologies
• Expert understanding of distributed systems design and implementation
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns
• Experience with CI/CD Pipeline Development and maintenance
• A strong preference for test-driven development
• Excellent communication and priority management skills in an agile environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, advocate and enforce solid CI/CD best DevOps practices
• Collaborate with development teams, ensuring they follow DevOps procedures and best practices
• Manage change control process. Manage production backups, sandbox refreshes and continuously improve release processes
• Implement infrastructure-as-code principles on at least one of the major IaaS providers
• Provide support for a development team from Ops perspective
• Configure Secure Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines
• Configure new and already existing environments
• Configure management and automation of systems maintenance
• Participate in discussions, influences outcomes, and makes recommendations on feasibility and processes and architecture
• Devise/modify procedures to solve problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results
• Create and maintain a cross-region multi-cluster Kubernetes architecture
• Leverage istio to mesh services together
• Maintain an AWS WorkSpaces infrastructure supporting our back office
• Model, build, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform on AWS
• Build, maintain, and deploy software artifacts as Docker images and containers
• Support our CI/CD pipelines used by Product and Release Engineering
• Support various teams with a high level of dedication and professionalism
• Build, maintain, and support InfoSec solutions based upon industry best practices
