EPAM is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in the UK and oversee the management of key client relationships within the CPG & Retail industry. You will be accountable for the growth, profitability and client satisfaction for your portfolio and closely collaborate with the delivery organization to ensure overall smooth project delivery, and management of expectations.
What You’ll Do
Create business strategies to successfully achieve client business goals within CPG & Retail
Acts as an emerging technology advisor within Account Management for CPG & Retail clients
Be responsible for current account management, upselling into target clients as well as opening new doors with prospective clients
Align with other EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop/support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients’ business and initiatives
Shape solutions and proper scoping/pricing engagements, establish optimal operating models and project team organization, and lead the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio
Develop effective relationships with key internal executives, BU heads, Solution SME’s, and Sales and Delivery Leaders
Drive revenue within the client/account portfolio as well as accelerate opportunities to influence and sell-in end-to-end EPAM services
Align with EPAM BU’s goals and objectives, support company financial goals by achieving revenue and profit targets
Support sales/pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, responding to RFP’s, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close/sign new deals
Requirements
o Demonstrated success in developing and growing client relationships. Lead teams which are delivering end-to-end solutions within a management consulting organization or a blend of corporate CPG & Retail and consulting experience
Knowledge of technology, digital, business models, subject matter, and trends within CPG & Retail industries
Strong problem solver and creative thinker
Ability to travel on an as needed basis
Experience managing and monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts and account portfolios
Superb verbal and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion
Sound business acumen; strategic skills; along with strong negotiation skills
